With a lifelong connection to the water and the boating community, Tom Troglia has been a recognized presence in the Northern California marine industry for decades. Born and raised in a family passionate about boating, Tom grew up water skiing from the age of five and spent his early years surrounded by water ski racing, hot boat racing, and active yacht club involvement. These experiences shaped his deep appreciation for boating and the people who love it.

Tom began his professional journey in the marine industry in the late 1990s, representing respected brands such as Sea Ray, Formula, Chris-Craft Absolute, Sunseeker, and Pursuit. His natural ability to understand clients’ needs and match them with the right vessel quickly distinguished him. During his tenure with MarineMax, Tom achieved an extraordinary milestone, selling 65 boats in a single year, which earned him national recognition and opportunities to represent the company at major boat shows across the country.

His career continued to evolve through roles in yacht brokerage and premium new-boat sales, where Tom excelled with brands including Sea Ray, Riviera, Absolute, Sunseeker, Chris-Craft, and Absolute Yachts. Working across major boating markets in California, Miami, and Mexico, he built a reputation for professionalism, product expertise, and a strong commitment to customer service.

After overcoming a significant health challenge in 2020, Tom returned to the industry with renewed drive and a reinforced dedication to the boating lifestyle. Today, he brings his decades of experience and client-first approach to 50 North Yachts, where he is committed to delivering an exceptional and seamless experience for boaters, whether they are new to the water or seasoned yacht owners.
