Troglia brings decades of marine industry experience, deep product knowledge, and a steady, client-first approach shaped by a career spanning California, South Florida, and Mexico.

Troglia’s connection to the water began early—water skiing by age five and growing up around water ski racing, hot boat racing, and yacht club communities, experiences that shaped his passion for boating and the people who make it special. He began his professional marine career in the late 1990s, representing respected brands including Sea Ray, Formula, Chris-Craft, and Pursuit, and during his tenure with MarineMax, he achieved the rare milestone of 65 boats sold in a single year, earning national recognition. His career has also included yacht brokerage and premium new-boat representation with leading brands such as Riviera, Absolute, Chris-Craft, Sea Ray, and Sunseeker, building a reputation across California, Miami, and Mexico for product expertise, professionalism, and a consistent commitment to delivering an exceptional client experience.
