Sundeck
The sundeck on Water Rights is beautifully equipped. In the center is a large teak settee with seating for six. Two extra leaves for the table allow it to be expanded for a buffet. The wet bar has a sink, along with an Eschelon refrigerator and ice maker and a 48-bottle Uline wine cooler.
